Are You on Track with Your 2015 Goals?

Are you on track to meet your 2015 goals, or have you already slipped off and given up?
Most of us think about setting resolutions at the beginning of the new year. Few of us actually keep them. In fact, the statistics indicate that only 8% of those who make resolutions keep them. It is easy to think in terms of the things we want to change in our lives...it is much more difficult to actually take the steps needed to make them.
Instead of thinking in terms of setting resolutions that you are unlikely to keep, why not think in terms of setting meaningful and achievable goals for yourself. And after creating the goals, create a list of "to-do" steps that will make achieving the goals doable.
If you need some help with that, I have the perfect solution for you. The 4-part course that I offered back in the fall is the program for you if you want to learn how to "vision" your future and create something different for your life. And this program isn't just about "visioning," it is also about goal setting, and the program walks you through the steps you need to take to make meaningful goals that will get you where you want to be.
What would you love to change about your life this year? Your weight? Your overall health and fitness? Your relationship with your significant other or a family member? Perhaps you need to start taking stock of your financial picture. What do you need in that arena in order to rein in expenses so that you can start saving for the day that you will retire?
Your goals are unique to you and what you want in your life. There is no one size fits all kind of life. We are all individual and unique, and what I set as a goal for myself may be entirely different from what you want to set for yours.
The one thing we all have in common is that we could use help in the way of strategies, tactics, and practical ideas for how to make the changes we want to make more than just dreams or ideas or wishes or hopes. We can make meaningful and durable changes in our lives if we just know how.
I urge you to take a look at the 4-part course that will walk you though each step that you need to take in order to get on track and stay on it so that this time NEXT year, you will have succeeded in meeting the goals you have for yourself now, and you will be setting fresh new goals for next year.
