Today's message is very simple. Happy Holidays to you and to each and every one of your loved ones.
This is a special time of year, regardless of your religious beliefs or personal faith or practice.
It is the season for getting together with loved ones.
Hold them tight, for you never know how long you may have them.
I remember last Christmas thinking that given my mom's decline in health, it might be her last Christmas.
It was.
But many people have lost loved ones who were not in a decline. They were, in fact, in the prime of their lives.
Life is precious because it is so precarious. Nothing is ever guaranteed. We get into routines and ruts that lull us into thinking that the status quo will always be. The fact, however, is that change is the only constant.

If not, I hope that means that you have a handle on your stress and you are thriving, looking forward to all the great things the new year will be ushering in for you.
Regardless of your circumstances, please know that you are appreciated by me. I am so grateful that you have come into my life in one way or another. Please don't ever think that I take you for granted.
And on that note...
Until next time.
