I am excited about the fact that tonight, I am launching another new "first" for me which is an online course on a subject that is near and dear to me heart. Last week, you may recall, I offered a free, live Webinar on the topic of "Visioning and Goal Setting." In spite of a few technical difficulties with the sound at the start, the evening turned out to be a powerful exploration of the important role that visualization plays in visioning the futures we want as opposed to staying stuck, whether it is staying stuck in a dead end job, a dead end relationship, or feeling stuck with a health issue that we could address but have chosen until now not to address. We also discussed the need for setting goals (specifically SMART goals) that will help us move from where we are to where we want to be.
