Is Your LinkedIn Profile Ready for Prime Time?

I suspect you have a Facebook profile. You may even be using Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and one of the latest social media apps is Periscope. But do you have an optimized, ready for prime time LinkedIn profile? If not, I am offering a special deal on LinkedIn reviews between now and September 30.

For a full explanation for why you need an optimized LinkedIn profile, go to the video I recorded for you here. I have been offering classes for job seekers and I provide LinkedIn reviews for a fee of $75, but from now (August 18) until the end of September (September 30 to be exact) I am offering this service for $45!!!! That is a $30 savings.

Now, you may be skeptical of why you need an optimized LinkedIn profile. For proof that you do, check out this article. The article is from The Ladders, a company that posts resumes for job seekers. What we know for sure is that recruiters are increasingly turning to LinkedIn for talent and they often reach out to "passive candidates" who are working and not actively seeking new employment. Having a job should not mean that you aren't open to new and possibly better opportunities, however. Almost everyone could benefit from having a chance, at least, to be considered for a new opening if it feels like a good fit.

LinkedIn is being used actively by job seekers, but it is also a tool that can be used by anyone who is working and may want to promote themselves into more pay or more opportunity for professional development. For some up to date statistics on how LInkedIn is being used and how it is possible for you to leverage your account into a great new possibility, take a look at this article entitled, "125 Amazing LinkedIn Statistics."

Not everyone reading this will be interested in my offer, but it occurred to me that some of you might benefit from having a one-on-one session with me over the phone to help you improve your current profile. Without fail, the people for whom I have already done this for have raved about how it made a world of difference in how they felt about their profile and the way they were representing themselves professionally. One client shared with me that she had landed her "dream job" because I had helped her with her LinkedIn profile and her resume.

So, if you are interested, please reach out to me through my email at kittyboitnott@boitnottcoaching.com or call me at 804-404-5475. I would love to work with you. It will only take an hour of your time and $45 shouldn't break the bank in the process.

I want to help you make the most of your profile so that you can shine on the most often used social platform used by recruiters, hiring managers, and Human Resources Professionals. Whether you are working for looking for a job, this is a good deal. I urge you to consider taking me up on it.

Until next time.

This book explains the negative health implications of not understanding and dealing with the stress in your life. It offers practical, affordable, common sense strategies for taking better care of yourself and it offers advice on creating work-life balance which eludes most of us too much of the time.
